The Canadian federal Government will be investing 834 million dollars to name the ship that Canada will be using to negotiate trade deals with the sea people. A country wide contest will be held to allow citizens to submit names for the ship. The contest will end when the ship is fully submerged and the winner will receive 250 million dollars to an overseas dictator of their choice. There is no word yet on how much retrieving the ship from the bottom of the ocean, but the Liberal government has assured the country that it is an investment they are willing to make.
